You must give accurate details when you create an account and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what's posted from your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Comments, chat and profiles

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you give us permission to show it on this site. Comments are reviewed before they appear, and we may remove anything in comments, chat or profiles that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Don't post other people's personal information, and don't use the community to sell or advertise without our agreement.

The articles and magazine are general information for creatives. They are not legal, financial or tax advice. Please take professional advice for your own situation.

5. Applications and representation

Applying to Lumen Agency or creating an artist profile does not mean we represent you. Any representation is agreed separately, in writing.

6. Our content

The site's design, text and magazine are ours or used with permission. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't copy them wholesale.

7. Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available but can't promise it will always be either. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Privacy

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
