Who we are

Lumen Agency is run by Lumen Horizons Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17375920), registered office Office 10241, 321-323 High Road, Romford, RM6 6AX. Lumen Horizons Ltd is the controller of the information you give us through this site.

What we collect when you apply

• Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
• Your borough or area and, if you give it, your postcode.
• What you do, what you tell us about your work, your availability and what you need from us.
• Links you share (portfolio, social and streaming profiles) and up to three files you upload.
• The date and time you gave consent, and where you came to the site from (for example a campaign link).
• Notes our team adds while reviewing your application, and its stage (for example reviewing or shortlisted).

Why we use it

To review your application, contact you about it, and — if we work together — represent you and put you forward for work. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the application.

Who sees it

The Lumen Agency team. We don't sell your information. We will only share your details or work with a client after we have agreed it with you. We use hosting, database and file-storage providers to run this site (Neon, Cloudflare R2, Render and Vercel); they process your data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep applications while we're considering them and, if we work together, for as long as we represent you. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
