What we do

Lumen Agency is a London agency for creative talent. We represent and place musicians, DJs, photographers, videographers, podcasters, designers and other creatives.

You apply once. A person at Lumen reads every application, and if it's a fit we talk about what you need: someone to put you forward for work and handle bookings, paid briefs, or other creatives to work with.

The articles and the magazine

Alongside the agency we publish practical articles for working creatives, and a magazine that collects the best of them in print. The aim is simple: useful, plain-English pieces on how creative work actually works, from pricing a gig to understanding who owns a photograph.

The community

Members can comment on articles, follow artists and other members, and talk in the community rooms. Artists can build a public profile and have their skills reviewed.
